need some help
I use my PC for gaming purposes rn and sometimes streams to my friend. The problem is I had a very inconsistent fps while doing both at the same time with the current processor which has only 2 cores. So, I plan to buy i3 13th gen that has only 4 cores, so I could do the same thing but with consistency, or should I go with i5 8th/9th gen instead? Will i3 13th gen run it smoothly despite having less cores?

lag/stutter/freezing issue
I use wired internet, average 300mbps, 15-22 ping ingame. Valorant match would lag when there's too much things going on. CPU, GPU memory and internet bandwidth is running on low percentage. Background apps all closed. Thing is, it gets worse during evening/night. Reset my network lots of time, set valorant as prioritize, allowed through windows firewall, 8.8.8.8 dns. IDK what else I fucking do with this lags anymore man. FPS goes crazy 120+ dropped to 30+ often suddenly. THE FUCK DO I DO

recently my valorant has become totally unplayable as it keeps stuttering after a match. Everytime I play valorant, 1 match it's al lgood but then when I step into another match, it keeps stuttering midgame and so on. Random been saying my ping disappeared for a good secs multiple times but I just don't know what to do. What could be the reason of my limit of playing a match is just 1 before it starts stuttering again. My game would freeze for 1-2 seconds and then back to normal and freeze again every 5 seconds.
