need some help
I use my PC for gaming purposes rn and sometimes streams to my friend. The problem is I had a very inconsistent fps while doing both at the same time with the current processor which has only 2 cores. So, I plan to buy i3 13th gen that has only 4 cores, so I could do the same thing but with consistency, or should I go with i5 8th/9th gen instead? Will i3 13th gen run it smoothly despite having less cores?

rn I'm getting inconsistent 30-120fps, it drops drastically whenever too much things going on at the same time
