Player cannot connect to my server

[21:07:38 INFO]: /[IP] lost connection: Connection failed. Please try again or contact an administrator.
These come up with no other error messages

Oraxen + Items Addder (+ Model Engine)
Is there any way to link oraxen and itemsadder? Oraxen is easier to use but I need itemsadder for npcs im planning on doing. If anyone responds, please ping me! Please and Thank You!!

Is model engine or mythicmobs premium a better plugin for adding custom textured mobs from mcmodels or mc pack sites (needs to be compatible with Oraxen)?

ItemsAdder Help (their server is useless when it comes to helping)
If anyone knows itemsadder, I can add items, get them to register as an item, but they will not texture at all, they only show their base item
