lag question
So I was experiencing lag spikes on my velocity server maxing out at around 7000ms I fixed it but I’m not sure why it happened but it’s definitely one of these two things
1. I Had Geyser Velocity Installed but didn’t have flood gate on the back end servers
2. Two I had via version and via backwards on the velocity proxy server and removed them
One of these actions made my backend servers real happy I’m wondering do you guys know these to be things that could have an affect on ping

1.18.2 110 players
Hello I’m using 1.18.2 purpur I’ve made all the sacrifices in the world in my spigot , paper , purpur , bukkit jars. View distance set to 4 etc all the nerfs, pre genning.
I have mob stacking , made the despawn rate quicker , I have all the flags set, and 16 Gb allocated to this container for now.
Ryz 9 ovh dedi setup , Advanced 3. I think the the server runs around 3gb of ram idle due plug-ins as well so I may have to compensate a little more not sure yet but
Do you think I can run 100-110 players on the factions section at once, I haven’t worked with 1.18.2 much so I’m wondering if you guys have any experience with it.
