I keep getting an ISO based on Fedora 39 and not 41 when building an ISO on silverblue image.

But if I may say, why wouldn't you just switch the image? it is one of the features of rpm-ostree (rpm-ostree rebase) You can do something similar to the guide here but using your own image https://github.com/wayblueorg/wayblue

I think the image on github workflow works as expected, see in Build Cutom Image:

So if I bet I would say the reason for it not working would be an error while building your own iso
