Looking for an eco/banking plugin

I’m looking to make an eco plugin that mixes virtual and photo currencies, meaning players store their money in a bank, as virtual, but to spend it they must withdraw it to a physical currency (custom,stackable coins or a banknote etc ) that means they have risk of death cause can lose money. If You know of any plugins that do this, or anyone who might be able to make this (I have a very low budget) please lmk Server version for 1.21.1 on pufferfish

Anyone know an up to date replacement for CooldownsX ?

Needing a replacement as CooldownsX is now unsupported and doesnt have any versions above 1.19 , so a 1.21 replacement would be a lifesaver
