Is there any multimeter magic I can do to narrow down the issue?

Can't remember, but I remember looking at the temp it was already set to and thinking "eh that'll do". That may have been a little too reckless

As you can see, they're not amazing solders, but as far as I can tell they should be good enough for a solid connection. Or at least, I can't find a single spot that may be causing an issue

I have a multimeter but you'd have to tell me what to do with it, I only ever figured out how to use the continuity function. Here are some pics

Batteries won't charge
So when I first installed the batteries, they already had a charge, and they powered the keyboard as expected. But I could never get them to gain a charge
So once they inevitably ran out of charge, I couldn't get them to power the board again.

Can't get the github template to run a build
as in, does the keymap in the repo load into the nick coutsos keymap editor? if so, yes it loads without issue

When i run the workflow from the actions page, it just says "workflow run was successfully requested". But there are no logs

Lily58 not sending input to paired phone
Figured it out.
The batteries i bought work fine, but they're wired the wrong way around! I had to snip the plug off them and directly solder them onto the right pins for now, but everything works!!

Before i do - would we expect it to work without changing the config if both sides are plugged directly into a power socker (usb adapted)? I just tried that but that didn't work either. I'll try your solution regardless

it only works on pc when it is wired, so the battery is circumvented when it's functional
