Is there any way that color can be used outside the filament panel?

in one application I have a dashboard/panel for article management and view/blog for article display. in my panel there is a custom color like the image that I have provided and it works well. well the problem is, I want the custom colors in the panel to be used in the blog view.

I've tried this... and it only works on the panel/dashboard, outside of that it doesn't work.
