How can I make it so that a player who dies gets the starter kit?

The end and the nether are not generating
A while ago, I deleted the end (world_the_end) and the nether (world_nether) worlds because of a disk storage problem. Now when I try to generate a new world with
/mv create world_the_end or with a normal server restart, the world does get generated, but when I fly a time around, the world changes to a void with villages.

Alternative for Plugin Hide Pro
Plugin Hide Pro is a premium Spigot plugin that hides plugins, their commands, etc. I cannot afford it. My question is, is there a plugin that is free that can do the same as Plugin Hide Pro?

Server System like on DonutSMP.net
When I run around in the world on DonutSMP I get connected to a new server, I think. I would like to know how they do this and maybe use it myself for higher player counts.
