Constant FPS spikes
I got I9-9900K 3070ti 32gb it average on 350 frames but the game keep getting fps spikes its unplayable.

I join wrong servers.
I queue in a specific server and it keeps putting me in frankfurt maybe because queue is long but I still don't want to join frankfurt so how to stop it.
