so i reinstalled bazzite 3.0, I tried again without making any system changes. its the same thing. maybe its something well known I missed to read about. thanks for trying to help

thanks for the reply, i had already checked it. there are no devices selected for auto mount. :dinobones:

also, just wanted to mention that i have moved some steam games to that external drive's data partition, however i do not intend to play games off of it. just transferring files.
and all partitions on that drive are either ntfs or fat32
