Add repeater row via return

Hi there, I'm trying to make my repeater add a row when return/enter is pressed, instead of submitting the form? I have the preventDefault bit working, but struggling to hook into my repeater to add the row after the keypress, anyu suggestions?

How do I access the meta information of uploaded files in the afterCreate hook?

Sorry if this is silly question, I'm trying to get this type of information in afterCreate name file_name mime_type path disk
