The ranking system means nothing unless matchmaking gets some updates.
1. The matchmaking system ensures the same number of bots on each team. Never have 1 person/3 bots vs. 2 people/2bots, etc.
2. Pre-mades should go against pre-mades and not against solo queuers/bots.
As frustrating as League can be, at least their MMR/Ranking matchups attempt to make the fights challenging/fair.
Also crossplay in a game with rankings is strange... putting someone on mobile or with a controller against someone who can aim really well with keyboard/mouse isn't going to be close. Maybe have a non-ranked mode for crossplay? Or even a non-ranked mode in general? If I want to play a quick game from my phone, I don't want it to count against my rank. If it deters me from playing on mobile devices, it's probably going to deter others too.
