Massive server lag on initial load in
Server TPS drops massively when joining after a restart (from 20 all the way down to 7), console output points to creepers being the issue. I get the feeling this is the same thing as an earlier situation which resolved itself involving the same situation but with llamas.
We don't have creeper farms anywhere on the server and checking with gamemode spectator for any pockets with trapped creepers underground reveals nothing.

Weird issue possibly with purpur, server CPU maxed out for no reason and crashes on join
When I boot the server the CPU stays at 100% which is normal (Not normal but with past experience with the server it's fine) but usually once it finishes booting goes down to about 20%. For some reason it doesn't do that now and whenever you try to join it just spits this out in the console.

Don't really know what to do, rolling it back does seem to fix it but only temporarily because the issue comes back afterwards.
