(Solved) Urgent Ping Issue – Telekom (MTS) Provider
Hello Riot Support, I’ve been experiencing a sudden and consistent increase in ping while playing. My usual ping is around 39ms, but it has now jumped to 60ms, making the game unplayable for me. I use Telekom (MTS) as my internet provider, and all of my friends in Serbia who use the same provider (and even some on other ISPs) are having the exact same issue. This is not a problem on my end—it's clearly an issue with the routing to your servers, and it has happened before. Please investigate and resolve this as soon as possible, as the game is extremely difficult to play in its current state. Looking forward to your response.
