I've received help from the QMK channel. It seems that I have an issue between the VDD of the first LED, it was not powered. I've just wired it to the VCC of the OLED. Et voilà 🙂

In fact it's not part of the QMK, the common/bitc_led.h/c have to be include. They are available in
nullbitsco/common
