Does anyone know a vanilla command similar to this world edit command?
//setblock stone,wood,stone,iron_ore
I need it for my prison mines, and I can't add plugins because I'm using a forge server.

players are constantly timing out
players seem to be timing out 24/7, when this happens the entire server ceases to a halt.
we've got a pretty heavy mod pack but it hasn't caused issues in the past.
server has 16 gigs of ram, and is on forge any ideas?
