I received a time-out and warning on the VALORANT discord server.
You have received a warning in the VALORANT server for violating the rules. Warnings help remind you of the rules and do not have negative consequences. However, continuous violations of the rules might result in further actioning. The reason for the warning is:
Boosting violates the Terms of Service of Riot Games. This includes asking to play with or offering to play as a smurf with the intent of boosting. Please refrain from looking for boosting or offering boosting services in the future. https://www.riotgames.com/en/terms-of-service
I had receieved this message around 25 hours after I received a 2 hour time-out
I never interacted with anything about boosting players or boosting my own rank.
I had received 2 dms about boosting but I ignored both of them instantly

Lag spike issues
My game seems to have random huge lag spikes every few seconds despite being on 25-35 ping.
It only doesn't lag on certain times of the day when I'm below 20
Even with 23-35 ping my game lags more than some people that I see with 100+.
