Lag spike issues
My game seems to have random huge lag spikes every few seconds despite being on 25-35 ping.
It only doesn't lag on certain times of the day when I'm below 20
Even with 23-35 ping my game lags more than some people that I see with 100+.

Check if your drivers are updated
How do I check?
device manager > display adaptors > update drivers > search for updates
All seems to be up to date
Is your windows or whatever system you're using up to date?
It says it doesn't meet the minimum requirements to update to windows 11
Hm, I've no idea then - those two are usually the main things that cause lag spikes
