Updating Paper while staying on a previous version
Hi! I want to update Paper for security & exploit patch purposes, but I don't want to change the version my server's at. (1.20.4) Is there an option to change the minecraft version my server is running while running a paper jar that is for a different version?

Reverse proxy for DDos protection
I'm looking for a reverse proxy that provides protection against bot attacks and DDoS (something like cloudflare for websites). I already have Velocity for connecting subservers but I'm looking into DDoS protection. I understand that there are VPS options with DDoS protection provided but I already have the hard metal to run the servers, so I don't want to spend extra on VPS.

Player surveillance plugins
What are some good security plugins to warn/prevent of duping and exploiting? I've recently had some trouble with this so i'm looking for some plugins that make finding some bugs/exploits that players abuse (for example a command that shouldn't be in regular players hands)
