create a desktop shortcut
go to properties
and in target paste this :"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Satisfactory\FactoryGameSteam.exe" -NoSteamClient

Did it exactly like this. Downloaded some mods in the Mod Installer and renamed it back to the name with Steam at the end.
Still redownloads, and i have checked before that i have the latest 1.0 manifest before moving the depot files
