GNOME Fractional Scaling causes artifacting in games
So I posted something on here a couple days ago about artifacting in games on Bazzite, but I've narrowed it down a bit more.
I believe the artifacting is due to fractional scaling on GNOME. Setting my resolution scaling to 100% (or 200%, 300%, etc) makes the artifacting disappear.
Are there any proposed solutions to this aside from just using 100% resolution scaling or switching over to KDE?
Attached is a video of the artifacting in question with resolution scaling set to 125%.

Artifacting in Steam Games with Resolution Scaling that is not divisible by 100
Attached is a video showing the artifacting I'm referring to.
I am running Bazzite GNOME at 4k@240hz on a PC with the following specs:
- 5800x3d
- 7900 XTX
- 32GB DDR4 CL14 3200Mhz
This artifacting does not occur when the display resolution scaling is set to something divisible by 100 (e.g. 100, 200, 300, 400). Anything else (e.g. 125, 150, 250, 325) results in varying levels of artifacting.
Also, when I lower the display's refresh rate to 144hz or below, the artifacting does not occur.
A user on Reddit recommended I add the following kernel parameter, however I am hesitant to do so until other solutions have been attempted:
amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10

Activation of Network Connection Failed
Running a nearly-fresh install of Bazzite on my all-AMD gaming PC and this error is popping up every few minutes.
