Artifacting in Steam Games with Resolution Scaling that is not divisible by 100

Attached is a video showing the artifacting I'm referring to. I am running Bazzite GNOME at 4k@240hz on a PC with the following specs: - 5800x3d - 7900 XTX - 32GB DDR4 CL14 3200Mhz This artifacting does not occur when the display resolution scaling is set to something divisible by 100 (e.g. 100, 200, 300, 400). Anything else (e.g. 125, 150, 250, 325) results in varying levels of artifacting. Also, when I lower the display's refresh rate to 144hz or below, the artifacting does not occur. A user on Reddit recommended I add the following kernel parameter, however I am hesitant to do so until other solutions have been attempted: amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10

I have tried different displays, switching from DP to HDMI, forgoing my DP KVM, and different cables. I am welcome to other proposed solutions, too!

I thought I remember hearing/reading that the HDMI forum didn't open source the higher refresh rates at 4k or smth, but since you already tried that, it's something else
