What do you mean by account got resetted ???
Is it the same as “your login credentials don't match an account in our system" ?

I’ve bought the account from someone around 2 years back, i changed it to my email and a code should be sent to the email to log in,
Could it be that he suddenly decided to steal it back by claiming that it was taken from him???
