everytime i switch to full screen it freezed up and cannot play

window 11 vanguard not initializing
I jus bought a new laptop i7 13th gen 3050 i cant open val it will either stuck on loading screen or black screen but i can get into game i can hear everything the music the cursor moving sounds the invite sound but you are stuck in clove loading screen or sometime black screen. when i check background apps the arrow thing from task bar i dont see riot vanguard can someone help i tried running vgc services but it wont work

cant install vanguard
my friend couldnt open val so i told her to dele vanguard and reinstall it so she did it. vanguard is supposed to reinstall automatically once you open riot client but her client didnt install vanguard automatically. it only shows "play" instead of "update" which will install vanguard.
