window 11 vanguard not initializing
I jus bought a new laptop i7 13th gen 3050 i cant open val it will either stuck on loading screen or black screen but i can get into game i can hear everything the music the cursor moving sounds the invite sound but you are stuck in clove loading screen or sometime black screen. when i check background apps the arrow thing from task bar i dont see riot vanguard can someone help i tried running vgc services but it wont work
