I think im going to just do a clean install of windows via usb and format my drives to see if it fixes the issues. if not ill do memtest86 to see if there is a issue with my ram that windows isnt detecting

yeah seems to match up at the right time hard to pinpoint the right time cause youd have to refresh event viewer

I first did it with local install then cloud and then I tired a Iso file for repair later this week im getting a usb to try a clean with formatted drives

Yeah that isn't my error my error is when I click play it loads the splash screen and then crashes with out a error msg.
