Runtipi home page not showing after latest update

I've just ran the the update and I now can't get to the runtipi homepage, installed apps all appear to be running, have tried a restart but still not accessible.

runtipi-cli command not found

trying to update to v2.0.3 and don't seem to have runtipi-cli, I've tried downloading the v2.0.3.tar.gz file, decompressed that and still not able to find the files in the root folder of the downloaded tar file. What am, I doing wrong?
