Dual-boot setup failed
The USB was using Ventoy, and the issue was that I didn't enroll Ventoy's MOK key. I greatly recommend ventoy because you can put the windows ISO and bazzite ISO on the same usb (if it's a 16GB USB, both barely fit) and not need to worry about reflashing the usb a bunch of times, just make sure to enroll Ventoy when the MOK key screen shows up, it isn't going to just reappear every time and that is a necessary step

Had to clear the old stuff with the windows partition tool before the installer would work right

Following the bazzite part again led to an error after beginning installation, both the advanced custom and letting it automatically install itself

taskmanager barley does anything for games that crashed
I changed it up so alt f4 does that, because any time I would want to use that the window is stuck beyond saving

I believe the default keybind for immediately closing a completely stuck window is meta + ctrl + esc

HDMI/DISPLAY black screens frequently
Lowering the refresh rate in settings could be a nice temporary solution
