False permanent ban issue
I recently decided to hop back on VALORANT for the first time in around 8 months, to notice that I was hit with a permanent ban. I have not played in around eight months, but when I got on the stats tracker, someone else had hacked my account and been playing games six months ago. I have given my password to no body, and I never got an e-mail about a suspicious login or anything of that sort. I have submitted multiple tickets, and get to nothing but dead ends because the support website is super buggy. someone please help!!
