Deleting and reinstalling everything related to the game and smm worked! For the future souls wandering this thread, I think the trick was manually deleting the smm folders under %localappdata%, in both the local and roaming folders

I think it is trying to find this specific manifest file that is just not there, another manifest file is at that location instead. I am not sure if this is somehow relevant, but I used to have a pirated installation of the game, I have bought the game recently.

I'm currently redownloading the server from the epic store due to the failed to find installation line (that location is where the old installation was)
