Why are Users manually logged in in ExportCsv queued jobs?

In speaking with some colleagues, I think it was implemented for the sake of notifications, logging, etc and that it is being removed in v4

Cannot upload files to Laravel Cloud Bucket

The disks show up correctly when I run php artisan config:show filesystems and the disks are accessible and writeable using a local GUI with the provided env variables
