How to make a forum for support?

I was really just wondering how to set up a forum for support like this one to make my discord look a bit better?

not able to see tickets with the Waya bot

I have set up tickets with the Waya bot and when someone starts a ticket I'm not able to see their ticket to help them I've tried setting the staff to the mod role but nothing is working
