why exactly does the address need to be rotated, why does it need to be ipv6 I cant really answer this because i have no insights into the lavalink sourcecode and how it does stuff. what data are you referring to? and what are these sources? the data is opus streams from multiple sources like soundcloud youtube and vimeo.

Although I lack significant experience in networking, I've been exploring Lavalink's suggestions for IPv6 rotation. While they recommend configuring it directly on the server, since I'm utilizing Docker I believe I need to set it up through Railway.
