Outbound traffic to Google Pub/Sub limited

Project id: bc848a89-1faa-4b26-af86-58c13f7a2e99 I am using using google pub/sub with pull subscriptions in a nest.js project. I am able to receive/send traffic from my local environment, but whenever I deploy after 5-10 minutes I am no longer able to publish/receive messages, without getting any error. For this reason I assume that something happens on the network layer. Using Nixpacks Build
