Homarr dashboard keeps on stuck and loading.
When you add new content like images, icons to homarr it's required to restart the container.
In your case maybe some browser caching could also play a role there....but we have 0 info here to start with.

Some applications are unable to get pinged - I am using a local domain in HTTPS
I use Traefik and have 0 issues with the status indicator for my Filebrowser.
However when you put a service behind a reverse proxy it usually can not be accessed by the LAN address. You have to go trough the proxy.
Therefore make sure you add the full domain name and NOT the local ip address to be monitored.

If your containers/"virtual" computers can communicate with eacother, like ports are exposed(should be if add blocking and DNS is working already - you just doo 3 things:
1, Add an a APP tile and add the Pihole local IP, and at the integration tab u add the API key
