Singapore ping is too high
im getting 45 ping when i usually get 25 ping or lower. But since december i always get 45 ping or above

ping is really bad, averaging around 80-180 on singapore servers. ISP is Viettel, im in hcm city

What is the ip of the singapore server so i can ask my isp to connect to it?
im in southern vietnam but my hong kong ping is 40 while my singapore ping is 70
