What is the ip of the singapore server so i can ask my isp to connect to it?
im in southern vietnam but my hong kong ping is 40 while my singapore ping is 70

its currently sunday so i just sent the support guy the ip and he said tommorow he will do it since people take the day off today

it used to be around 22-23 ping on the best day

This wont be fixed overnight folks we need to work with the provider its a wider & more complex issue I am afraid.

ok these 6,7,9 lines show the ping that i actually get in game
jumps around 41 51 and 115
and sometimes show 70 in the lobby
it do be very confusing
some of my friends get absolutely unplayable ping and packet loss while some with the worst internet gets 22 ping
we all live in the same city
except for one guy who lives all the way up north who got almost the same ping if not better than mine
we are all on ethernet
also, its pretty late over here
i probably will be off for the next couple hours
you know how to fix that?

probably traceroute their end to my ip or my closest providers server ip so that i could somewhat get a better ping

well what I'm trying to understand is that it mostly depends on data getting to riot servers through your isp so how do they sometimes change stuff in like a day

Viettel havent been returning our emails 😕
We've noticed some issues with Viettel going through one of their upstream providers, so we've forced that path to change from our side.
yo! our change made it a lot better, this should stay at 40ms for now hopefully
