okay wait something super weird happens when i alt tab and look at the game it takes the lag away and the game looks perfect but right when i tab back in the lag is back

and the game was running at 70 fps with high settings for a couple hours last night with no problems yet again after doing all the above

and the game was working last night after i did all the above but 20 minutes after playing today it start becoming super choppy again

have tried all the obvious things restarting pc updating gpu verify game file uninstall and reinstall game
