Cant connect to modded server on vanilla client? (mods installed on server and local)

Having issues installing to the server
So, because installing Less Build Animation Effect (LessBuildEffectAnimation) ">=0.0.0" and Less Build Animation Effect (LessBuildEffectAnimation) ">=0.0.0" is forbidden, version solving failed.
