Opinions, Fabric or Plugins for vanilla
Which would be better to host for Vanilla loving players, a base fabric with server QOL mods or a plugin based (Folia, Paper, Purpur) server?

Which claim plugin is best
I’m not a plugin guy and probably won’t be for a while. so i want some opinions.
Out of a couple dozen claim plugins which has the best administrative support (being able to add. remove. edit. fix claims. enter / interact with claims etc)
And (important) has the ease of use for players. not so difficult i need to throw the wiki at them but simple enough for people who can’t care to read any documentation id put for it.
Why i’m asking this, mainly because im very interested in starting a long term vanilla/vanilla+ server and want some thoughts on certain things 🙂 + im a modded person and all we have is ftbchunks, openpac, and… Flan. 😭:KannaKms:
