help with Serial connection conflicts
I have a similar problem 2 x 0183 in and 2 x 0183 out. After 2 hours SignalK hangs and I also have to restart the Pi. We have noticed that the Pi's buffer/RAM gradually fills up and then hangs. Maybe the problems are related. We disconnected the 2 outs and the server runs now without problems.

Now I come to my problem.
I have follow deltas.
Depth 125267 via CAN0
VTG,ZDA and GLL from the DATA Input 0183 GPS named GPS on the Input Event field
MWV from the DATA Input 0183 Wind named Wind on the Input Event
and I only want to have these signals at the DATA 0183 output (distri) > VTG, ZDA, GLL, MWV, DBT
I have entered GPS and Wind in the output events field, but how can I get the Depth signal on it?

Hi, I have follow setup.
2 x NMEA0138 in : Furuno GP-150 and Wind (MWV)
CAN0: NMEA2000
1 x NMEAout: Laptop (GGA,RMC, MTW, DBT, XDR, VHW) for Logbook
1 x NMEAout for a 0183 distributor to provide GP-150 and MWV to several hardware systems
What I want to know:
1. what is Suppress NMEA0138 out? Why and when should you use it?
2. INput Event, what is the Idea about this
3. Validate Checksum Why and when to use YES = reason No = Reason
4. Append Checksum need more details
5. Remove NULL Characters: For what is this? Expample?
6. Override timestamps: need more details for this function
