HWID / Van 152
I upgraded my motherboard and CPU, installed the necessary drivers, and launched Valorant. However, I immediately received a VAN 152 error. I submitted a ticket to Riot Support, but they keep closing it without providing any answers.
I’ve asked how I got banned and what I can do to prevent it, but they refuse to respond. It feels incredibly unfair.
The motherboard and CPU were purchased on January 26, 2025, and installed on February 1. I have been banned since February.
My peak rank is Gold, though I sometimes bottom-frag. I even mentioned this when submitting my ticket, yet they insist that my device was found running scripts.

what if after 120 days of HWID ban, I got banned again since they are not telling me anything or what to do..
I even provided riot support with my receipt and match history... ://
