HWID / Van 152
I upgraded my motherboard and CPU, installed the necessary drivers, and launched Valorant. However, I immediately received a VAN 152 error. I submitted a ticket to Riot Support, but they keep closing it without providing any answers.
I’ve asked how I got banned and what I can do to prevent it, but they refuse to respond. It feels incredibly unfair.
The motherboard and CPU were purchased on January 26, 2025, and installed on February 1. I have been banned since February.
My peak rank is Gold, though I sometimes bottom-frag. I even mentioned this when submitting my ticket, yet they insist that my device was found running scripts.

what if after 120 days of HWID ban, I got banned again since they are not telling me anything or what to do..
I even provided riot support with my receipt and match history... ://

:valExclamation: Riot does not offer an official list of which software, hardware, or other modifications may lead to ban. Riot is constantly working on trying to keep the game fair for all players. They stress that any modification that causes an unfair advantage for players, will lead to a restriction.

support wont tell you what exactly got you banned
I don't know what software is causing the problem... Valorant used to be fine on my old device

I am so confused.. the day i installed my mobo and cpu I recieved a Van 152.
are the specs you installed factory new? or have they previously been used by someone
I am not sure about being "factory new" but I am sure that its new since its still on a box.
