I have deployed Nest js app and redis database, all of it seems to be hosted in us-west based on the URL adress. Is there any way I can deploy to germany frankfurt or anything closer to EU? I haven't found anything in the docs, but maybe I am searching the wrong keywords. Any help appreciated

How can I order and/or limit rows from leftJoin?
I have two tables, groups and exams, exam must have only group, group can have many exams. I'm selecting from groups and I want to select the latest exam with it (order by timestamp column). But I can't find anything like it in the drizzle orm docs, is is possible?
