Account being charged when not in use

Hi, I have been charged for several months from Railway even when no one is using the api I hosted on Railway. I was so busy that I was not able to create a ticket here to resolve the issue. Is this intended or am I doing something wrong? I have just disabled the deployment for now. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you

Migrate API to Railway

Hi. I am considering to migrate my api to railway however I am not really clear on what is the costs like as currently I am on a Free Account in Vercel. It would be great if someone can provide a better explaination please. I have a staging and production environment. Staging is usually used when I want to test my app on a real device and I am the only user using staging environment
