Updating Kargs Every Boot on Framework
For some reason this message shows up on every boot, is there a reason this happens?
"Updating kargs - Please wait, this may take a while"

How does Bazzite pull off its universal GTK4 look?
I don't think I've seen it anywhere else and want to replicate it for my non-gaming rig that runs vanilla silverblue (may switch to my own fork of uBlue).
How do they pull it off?

Steam doesn't fully close for a while even after it "shuts down"
Even after Steam "shuts down", the icon persists for a while. This duration seems to increase if the app has been open longer, but I don't have evidence yet. This only started occurring recently.
This delays a system reboot or shutdown quite a bit since steam needs to fully close before the system can stop.
Is there a reason this happens, and can it be fixed?
