postgresql not crushing after increasing volume

after increasing the volume and successfully deploy, i'm receiving this error when trying to connect

Bad port: "6000" is reserved for x11

I'm using NextJS version 14 on railway 4 replicas redeploy fixed the issue. but how can I avoid such things please thanks in advance
