Thanks @charles for helping me fix this. It was a legacy problem within the database. Now it's fixed, and I'm happy!

@charles Yes - I did. I just did the update to 0.24.0 - ran all the commands from the Upgrade Guide, but the Error still persists. It's still the same error :/

No, I don't think so. In Plesk there are no settings for it, so I think it's not installed.
