the whole world has been reset and when trying the different level.dat files i have backed up only one seems to crash it

i finally found out the problem thanks for all your help but i just have one more question because the problem is the nether i found out by deleting pretty much everything in the worlds folder which didnt work then i ended up deleting everything but the overworld and it worked and added the end back in then tried adding the nether but the nether caused it to crash so ive finally fixed it but i was also wondering if there is anyway to repair the nether? and also i get another error in the log which doesnt crash it but just shows up which is

i used region fixer to scan the files and now it says after ive deleted the level.dat folder and backed it up that it cant read the idcounts.dat
